Since 1984, Denkers Property Maintenance has been a cornerstone of the Salt Lake City community. Our story began when our founder, Blake G. Denkers, started serving residential homes at just 22 years old. Building the business from the ground up through hard work and a commitment to quality, Blake soon partnered with his brother Paul to expand their vision.

Today, with over four decades of experience, we have developed an unrivaled reputation for reliability and dedication. We don’t just maintain properties; we foster lifelong relationships. Meet Our Leadership Team

Blake G. Denkers – Owner & Founder: A Salt Lake City native, Blake has spent his entire career mastering the art of landscape design and property maintenance. As the founder of DPM, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project. His expertise lies in managing complex year-round contracts for commercial and residential developments, ensuring that the company’s original mission of quality service remains the top priority.

Paul Denkers – Partner: Paul joined his brother early on to help build DPM into the regional leader it is today. He specializes in aeration and fertilization applications, ensuring the health and longevity of Utah’s green spaces. A native of Salt Lake City, Paul manages our work crews and is a frequent presence on job sites, providing the personal attention and oversight that our clients have come to expect.

Ruth – Office Manager: Ruth joined Denkers in 2017 as the office manager.  She brings a thoughtful, hands-on approach to the team, backed by experience in construction, project management, bookkeeping and customer service.  Ruth enjoys keeping projects organized and on track, while making sure clients feel informed and supported every step of the way.  With a strong eye for detail and a heart for service, Ruth helps create smooth operations behind the scenes so your beautiful landscape and outdoor spaces can thrive.  
 
Kellen – Project Manager:  Kellen focuses on the strategic planning and coordination behind DPM’s projects, helping ensure work is efficient, organized, and positioned for long-term success. Having grown up around the business and joining his dad on job sites from a young age, he brings both a personal connection and a forward-looking perspective as he helps guide the next chapter of the Denkers family tradition in quality landscape service.
